Ningbo is located in the seashore of the East Sea of China with a population of 5,330,000, and a total area of 9,365 sq. km. Situated in the east coastal sea of Zhejiang Province, Ninghai County is close to the East Sea of China, against Tiantai Mountain, is in the east longitude from 121 0 09' to 129 0 49', north latitude from 29 0 06' to 29 0 36'.
